don't be reckless
This mindless blabber is oddly satisfying.
I really
don't think
I want
to step
aside
and accept
life secondhand
like scraps
left upon
a puppy's
dish. I'd
rather shake
and taste
now's joys
and sorrows
that I
might grow
to better give
myself with love
to all today,
and so shape
tomorrow.
